West Ham United make Youssef En-Nesyri transfer decision as Sevilla want sale

West Ham have made their decision over the potential transfer of Youssef En-Nesyri with Sevilla wanting him to be their main sale, according to Mucho Deporte.

The Spanish media outlet reported on 17 June that the Hammers will only return to the table for the Morocco international if all the other options fail.

Sevilla are in dire need to balance their books but the Hammers aren’t going to assist them as they’re not keen on the 27-year-old, as things stand, and a move to Saudi Arabia seems to be on the cards.

West Ham must avoid a transfer for Youssef En-Nesyri

En-Nesyri seems the kind of player who’s going to be linked every window but will never end up moving to the London Stadium.

The Hammers should carefully consider their options before returning to the table for the Moroccan.

While he boasts impressive stats, his performances over the course of the past few years raise questions about his consistency.

Additionally, En-Nesyri’s apparent preference for a move to the Saudi Pro League over the Premier League could signal a lack of commitment to the rigours of English football.

Furthermore, the urgency with which Sevilla are looking to sell him to balance their books could suggest they are offloading a player they no longer consider essential.

The Hammers need to sign a striker who can hit the ground running and be a proven and reliable goal scorer for years to come.
