Rangers pub The Bristol Bar make ‘important announcement’ ahead of Old Firm game

As the Scottish Premiership rivals square off, The Bristol Bar on Duke Street has released details on how patrons may get tickets to watch the match from their bar.

Bristol Bar has let fans know how to get tickets for the Old Firm clash.

A prominent Glasgow pub among Rangers supporters has revealed a “important announcement” in advance of the Old Firm match that takes place next month.

On Sunday, April 7, Rangers and Celtic will face off in a Scottish Premiership match at Ibrox Stadium.

Information about how Gers supporters can obtain tickets to watch the game from local boozer has been supplied by the Bristol Bar on Duke Street. This weekend, regular patrons must pick up their tickets at the bar; further information on how to do so may be found on their social media accounts.

“Any remaining tickets will then be made available to others who have requested them in person or through social media,” a spokeswoman continued.

“All regular customers are required to pick up during these hours; if you don’t, we may not be able to give you access that day because we will have given the space to someone else.”

“Thanks everyone for your patience and apologies to anyone who misses out with this game, we are just inundated with requests for tickets for these days and just wish we had a bigger bar.”
