Coventry City boss vows to ‘make demands’ on January signing

Coventry City news from CoventryLive as Mark Robins provides an update on January capture Ephron Mason-Clark

Mark Robins insists he’ll be ‘making demands’ on Coventry City’s January signing Ephron Mason-Clark over the next few months even though he’s continuing to see out the season at Peterborough United.

The Sky Blues signed the 24-year-old for a fee understood to be £4.25million in the recent transfer window, and were forced to hand the player back on loan as part of the deal, which was cut by £750,00 as a result. That was a frustration for Mark Robins who had hoped to have the exciting wide man to help City’s push for the Championship play-offs rather than have to wait until the summer to benefit from his talents.

Although the winger is out of sight, he’s certainly not out of mind as far as Robins is concerned, with the club continuing to monitor his progress at London Road.
