£35m West Ham transfer serves as Rangers inspiration with signing ready to happen

As Mohamed Diomande closes in on a move to Rangers, he’ll be hoping to follow West Ham striker Mohammed Kudus’s Right to Dream.

According to reports, the 22-year-old Ivorian midfielder is nearing an agreement to join the Gers from FC Nordsjaelland in Denmark. This would be Philippe Clement’s second acquisition.

According to the Belgian, a move isn’t complete until it’s made public, so with a medical appointment this week, everyone will be watching the Rangers social media accounts in the days ahead.

Although Mohamed Diomande, a fellow Right to Dream Academy alum, is expected to join Rangers soon, Mohammed Kudus’s performance has made the midfield player a Premier League role model.

Reachers’ Right to Dream is earned by Mohamed Diomande.
Close ties exist between the Danish club FC Nordsjælland and the Ghanaian youth academy, which has used football to transform the lives of its young players in a variety of ways.

In addition to giving athletes like Mohamed Diomande, who looked like he was headed for Rangers, and Mohammed Kudus, who is currently a striker for West Ham, an opportunity to succeed in football, the Right to Dream Academy has also assisted some of its pupils in getting into esteemed US universities like Stanford.

Although it is a fantastic institution, its capacity to offer assistance is quite restricted, considering that only 18 scholarships are awarded out of the 25k auditions received through its 75 recruitment tournaments.

In many respects, Right to Dream is also a home academy for the Rangers, as former youth coach Cameron Campbell trained at the school.
Cameron, who recently joined RB Leipzig after playing for FC Nordsjælland, is obviously one of the players who benefited most from the Academy.

Mohamed Diomande will hope to follow £38m West Ham striker's route at Rangers

Mohammed Kudus pivoting Head of West Ham
Despite only being 22 years old, Mohamed Diomande went to Denmark about four years ago and has already made 111 appearances in European club football.

The Right to Dream graduate sees Rangers as a natural next step, hoping to emulate former Ajax attacker Mohammed Kudus.

Ibrox supporters will recognize the name Kudus, 23, as the striker scored in both of Ajax’s Champions League victories over the Gers the previous season.

Kudus, who has scored 13 goals for West Ham this season, was reportedly signed for a record £38 million in the summer after putting up a performance like that.

In addition, the striker recently scored twice for his native Ghana, helping the Black Stars to a 2-2 tie with Egypt at the AFCON in the Ivory Coast.

Manager Philippe Clement of Rangers made it apparent that the team was bringing in players with a lot of potential who might end up costing the Ibrox side a lot of money in subsequent transactions.

It’s the reality of Rangers’ place in the hierarchy, and to paraphrase Clement, it feels weird to be talking about a player’s possible departure before he’s even signed.

However, when the midfielder gains the Right to Dream at Rangers, Mohamed Diomande will look to emulate Mohamed Kudus if this move is to be successful for everyone.

But not before he makes his impact on the support of the Gers and Ibrox.
