logical

Under Philippe Clement, Lowry would not see a lot of playing time, therefore it makes sense to give him permission to arrange a loan transfer this month.

Considering the fight for spots at Ibrox, he would be hard-pressed to make more than 17 appearances for Hearts this season.

Similar to Steven Naismith, Clement will prioritize his growth and realize that being on loan is in his best interests.

Since he knows that players at that age make significant growth when they play frequently, even Lowry himself would love to participate.

In other Rangers news, there has been an update on the £4.8 million bid as progress is made in the Gers’ attempt to add a January player.
