They have now made public comments on the issue, and while they do not specifically mention Celtic, all signs lead to discussions with the Parkhead side, as reported by Laola1 in an article.
The first thing they mention in their report is that Kühn’s transfer to Celtic is “already considered to be almost sealed,” and the most recent statement from SK Rapid regarding their player appears to support that.

The winger, 24, “will not travel to the winter training camp in Belek,” according to their decision. They also said that he has been “given permission to hold personal discussions” with an unidentified club that is interested in signing him.

At this point, Laola clarifies that this is Celtic, who want to bring him to the Scottish Premiership to complete the season and beyond.Though it appears to be finished until something unexpected occurs, it’s definitely something to watch.
