Philippe Clement addresses Rangers transfers and Ridvan Yilmaz future

Rangers might have to wait until the summer to get their top targets, according to Philippe Clement. The only January addition to the Ibrox club is Wolves striker Fabio Silva, but Clement is eager to add additional players to his roster. It is believed that adding a new left-back and midfielder will boost the team, while adding a striker to the roster is also a goal. Clement acknowledged that although Gers executives are working on the Belgian selection, work is being done in the background.

Rangers boss Philippe Clement

He said: “Everyone is working hard for that, to identify the perfect players who can contribute something extra to the squad. That’s why January is typically a challenging month, but everyone at the club is trying extremely hard to get players here. Everyone is working hard, including me, and we all have expectations.”I’m not sure how much it would cost because I know from experience that you can never get everything you desire. Clubs like Rangers are not able to achieve it; perhaps the wealthiest teams in the world can. Although it’s easier in the summer, we’ll try our best to make it as excellent as we can during this time.”
Ridvan Yilmaz, a Turkish left-back who is drawing interest from Italy, is anticipated to go before the transfer window ends on February 2. Regarding the defender’s future, Clement, however, remained reticent, saying, “It is the same as the situation with the rumors about players coming in.” Players are still with us as long as they are here and haven’t signed with another team.”
