Groningen director responds to Van Veen to Rangers links

The attacker is widely expected to leave the club in the Netherlands next month.

Gudde informed RTV Noord reporter Stefan Bleeker, in response to rumors of an Ibrox move, “nothing true and nothing heard.”

The Belgian manager stated that he will look for a new forward next month, as Danilo will be sidelined until at least the winter break.

Meanwhile, Rangers assistant Stephan Van Der Heyden acknowledged his surprise at the postponement of the Ibrox side’s match against Ross County Friday night.

The match was called off when Ross County players and personnel were unable to travel to Glasgow due to inclement weather.

The game, which was set to begin at 7.45 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, has been rescheduled.
