BREAKING NEWS;Tottenham Must Sack Postecoglou and Hire ‘Incredible’ Free Agent Manager

Tottenham Hotspur’s summer transfer rumour mill will be dominated by which manager they have in the north London hotseat come the start of next season – with Ange Postecoglou’s reign in the capital potentially coming to an end.

An abysmal season in the Premier League sees Spurs sitting in 16th place in the top-flight, just one point above 17th-placed West Ham United – and a strong end to the campaign by the Hammers could see Postecoglou’s men become the ‘worst of the rest’, with only the three relegated sides being worse than the Lilywhites. That has made Postecoglou’s position untenable, with only their Europa League run saving his bacon in what has been a largely underwhelming season – leading to other managers being touted for the role.

Edin Terzic’s Borussia Dortmund Credentials Show He’d be a Good Tottenham Appointment

That has led to reports from Germany that Edin Terzic, the former manager of Borussia Dortmund, would want the gig at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium should the Australian gaffer be sacked in the coming weeks – and it’s an appointment that would make sense for all parties.

The 42-year-old has only managed Dortmund, over two different spells – but both have been equally successful in their own right. The former West Ham assistant, who was under the guise of Slaven Bilic in his time in the East End, took over the Bundesliga giants in the Covid-stricken 2020/21 campaign on an interim basis – and ended up winning the German Cup that season before being succeeded by Marco Rose at the end of the campaign. But his compatriot struggled and left by mutual consent after just a year, leading Terzic to the permanent role.

He only lost out on the Bundesliga title on goal difference to Bayern Munich after being stunned 2-2 at home to Mainz on the final day.
