Jamie O’Hara names West Ham player live on Sky Sports who could get Potter sacked

Graham Potter’s job security is becoming more and more unstable with each West Ham encounter.

West Ham’s inability to secure three points against Southampton piled even more pressure on Potter, who only joined the Irons at the start of the year.

Since his appointment, there is a case to be made that things have got even worse for West Ham, and if that is to continue from now until the end of the campaign, it could prove to be costly.

West Ham are winless in their last six Premier League encounters, and there is a chance that Potter could be sacked if that wretched form continues.

Potter could be sacked at West Ham

West Ham were abspolutely dreadful against Southampton, but its not something that Irons fans will be too unfamilar with, as their performances since Potter came in have largely been the same.

Attacking identity has been non-existent, and at times players have looked lost, and one of the players who has struggled to impact the season much has been Niclas Fullkrug, who, according to Jamie O’Hara, could get Potter sacked.

Speaking on Sky Sports News (20 April, 12:28pm), he said: “You’ve got to give him time, a pre-season. He needs to find out who’s going to fight for him, who’ll back his corner, who’ll turn up week in and week out. If they’re not, get rid of them. Those players will get him the sack.”

Jay Bothroyd then proceeded to bring up Fullkrug’s name, to which O’Hara replied, “Yeah, Fullkrug is one of those.”

After the draw with a relegated Southampton, who will go down as one of the worst Premier League sides ever, Fullkrug didn’t hold back when assessing the performance of his West Ham side.
