SO SAD;Another Fox expected to leave Leicester to save international career
Just last week it was said that Belgium star Wout Faes needed to change his club in order to save his international career. It was not the first time we have heard such outlandish appearing claims about Leicester City. Belgian boss Rudi Garcia did directly hint as much. However, Denmark manager Brian Riemer also indicted that non-top flight footballers will not be selected for his National Team set-up either. This news obviously placed Foxes centre back Jannik Vestergaard’s place with his country in jeopardy.
So, evidently this eccentric or even elitist rule previously assumed incorrect could in fact be embraced by modern bosses. In addition to Faes and Vestergaard, a second LCFC defender and third Fox overall is at risk of losing ground or being left behind by the Danes. Similarly, this player has been urged to leave King Power Stadium by experts. In addition to that, the professional in question is said to be the subject of transfer interest. Allow me to explain and opine on another debatable City situation.
Another Fox expected to leave Leicester City in order to save his international career – will Victor Kristiansen go?
Kristiansen, who is a left-sided defensive player, could be off this summer. The 22-year-old has previous here, leaving for Bologna on loan when Leicester were last relegated. And he wasn’t missed.
To be honest, I am not a big fan of Kristiansen’s. James Justin took plenty of generally justifiable flack this season. Although, some of that criticism could have been dished to the opposing full back. In other words, the former Copenhagen produced mostly poor form.
“Victor Kristiansen is expected to leave Leicester City this summer to boost his chances of making the Denmark squad at the World Cup, according to reports.”
