WORST NIGHTMARE EVER;West Ham star wants to quit London Stadium to sign for Liverpool
Graham Potter could have a big transfer window ahead at West Ham, as he looks to revamp his squad.
The boss has failed to have the impact he would have hoped for since his arrival in East London and there is no doubt that plenty of changes are needed.
However, with PSR restrictions in mind, the Hammers will have to be prepared to make sales in the summer transfer window in order to free up funds to bring in new faces.
There are several names that have been linked with moves away from the London Stadium, although West Ham have to weigh up who they can afford to lose from their squad.
Mohammed Kudus eyeing West Ham exit
Although West Ham haven’t shown their best standards throughout much of the season so far, there are some strong players in Potter’s squad.
With his side sitting 17th in the Premier League table, there will naturally be some jitters from the stronger players in the side about moving on in the summer.
Jarrod Bowen is one name on everyone’s mind as the Irons starman has been linked with a move away at the end of the season, with Liverpool being named as a potential destination.
One West Ham teammate seems to be keen to follow Bowen in such steps, though, as journalist Sebastien Vidal has reported via X (4 May) that Mohammed Kudus wants to leave East London for Liverpool.
The report states that the Premier League champions are closely monitoring the attacker, although his lack of goals this season could put the Merseyside club off.
This is because a move away from the Hammers would be estimated to be worth about £80million, which may not be justified with this season’s form.
