
Scottish Premiership post split fixtures IN FULL as final Rangers vs Celtic date set
Celtic will secure the title by not losing their next league game.
The post-split Scottish Premiership fixtures have been released.
The weekend saw the top and bottom six finalised, withSt Mirren leapfrogging both Motherwell and Hearts to claim the last top half spot.
Celtic will be crowned champions if they avoid defeat in their next league game, which is away to Dundee Utd on Saturday April 26, regardless of Rangers’ result against St Mirren the same day a few hours later.
The final Old Firm clash of the season takes place at Ibrox on Sunday May 4.
Hibs, Aberdeen and Dundee United are battling it out for third spot. The Hibees will face the Dons away on Saturday April 26 before taking on United at home on Saturday May 3.
Jimmy Thelin’s men face Jim Goodwin’s side away from home on the final day of the season.
In the bottom half, St Johnstone have a lot of ground to make up if they are to avoid the drop. It’s much tighter in the fight to escape the relegation playoff, with Ross County, Dundee and Kilmarnock in the most danger, although Motherwell and Hearts could do with a win or too, just to make sure.
