Kieran Dowell appears to be inching closer to Birmingham City transfer

Kieran Dowell moved to Birmingham City on loan in the January transfer window and has done well at the English club.

He’s been a standout performer for them, scoring four goals and providing three assists in 17 games in all competitions.

On Saturday, 6 April, he once again found the back of the net for the St Andrew’s outfit.

His stock is certainly continuing to rise and Birmingham in pole position to clinch promotion to the play-offs, they would want to sign Dowell permanently.

While there is no buy option in place once the loan deal expires, Gers are understood to be open to selling the 27-year-old this summer.
