Nick Woltemade;David Moyes reveal signing Everton dream star few minutes ago…

David Moyes is looking for attacking reinforcements for his Everton side this summer.

While Beto has pushed on under the Scotsman and emerged as a genuine option, other such as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Dwight McNeil have struggled with injury issues.

The former is out of contract this summer and there has been no indication that he will sign a new deal to keep him at Goodison Park.

As a result, the Blues are set to be in the market for a new forward once the window reopens.

Everton interest in Stuttgart star Nick Woltemade emerges

With Calvert-Lewin looking more likely to leave than stay in the summer, the Toffees need to focus on attacking recruits.

BILD reporter Julian Agardi claimed (27 March) that the Blues have joined the race to sign Nick Woltemade, who is rated at £35million by Stuttgart.

The report states that the Goodison Park outfit face competition from Bayern Munich and Brighton for his signature.

The player is understood to be relaxed about his future and focusing on the rest of the season at the moment.

Moyes needs attacking additions for Everton

If Moyes is to take the Blues into the top half of the table, towards a European qualification berth, he needs more reliable options in attack.

The 23-year-old would be an exciting addition as he can play upfront or as a number ten, or on the wings and he has a solid return in his breakthrough campaign in the Bundesliga this season.

The Germany Under-21 ace has notched nine goals and two assists in 21 matches, although he has only been handed 12 starts by Sebastian Hoeneß.

The Blues have also been linked to Borussia Monchengladbach striker Tim Kliendienst, so they seem to be widening their horizons in the market and looking further afield than they were previously.
