Tottenham player ‘would like’ to join Premier League rivals if there is an opportunity

Tottenham Hotspur signed Mathys Tel on loan from Bayern Munich on deadline day.

The 19-year-old will look to establish himself as an important player for the North London club over the next few weeks.
