Nasinu Secondary has topped the Southern Zone and will take on giant killers Tailevu North College in the national quarterfinal.
The Nasinu Secondary School Under-18 rugby team banked on divine intervention as they came from behind to beat Mahatma Gandhi Memorial School 24-23 in the Southern Zone U18 final on Saturday.
This was after Nasinu Secondary was 23-3 down at halftime.

Speaking to SUNsports, Nasinu Secondary U18 team manageress Asenaca Tabuavula said during halftime, the players were told to believe in themselves.
“We had the heart within us to defeat MGM,” she said.
“We have to improve our handling of the ball and rucks when it’s the national quarterfinals.”
Tabuavula is confident that the players would be stronger in their next match.
“The players had a positive attitude that they would achieve a win against MGM.
“We have to regroup as there is room for improvement.”
Tabuavula said the team appreciated the support from parents, guardians and old- scholars.
